It=E2=80=99s always possible. but sometimes it=E2=80=99s more work. Find th=
e template
for, let=E2=80=99s say =E2=80=9Cdb:book=E2=80=9D, that=E2=80=99s putting th=
e ToC in the =E2=80=9Cwrong=E2=80=9D place.
Override that template in your customization layer so that it doesn=E2=80=
=99t
produce a ToC.

Find the template that produces the markup that you want the ToC to
proceed or follow, let=E2=80=99s say =E2=80=9Cdb:preface=E2=80=9D. Override=
 that template in
your customization layer so that it calls the ToC-template to produce
the ToC in the right place.
