I understand that, but I don't think we should have XInclude Candidate
support as a prerequisite for DB2LaTeX (even though it's fairly common
these days).

Thanks for pointing this out. I would imagine that when the
localisations are modernised, this will in time get corrected.
Ramon will have to get back to you about it.
