Problems with citations

Hi,

I have some problems with a simple citation and the bibliography. The
stylesheet creates a \hypertaget after creating
\begin{thebibliography}{WIDELABEL}. There are no problems using pdflatex
but still using latex itself (with the snapshot of 2004-12-08).

Any suggestions?

One workaround could be: move the \hypertaget before the beginning of
the bibliography in biblio.mod.xsl.

I attached a simple citaion file cite.xml for testing.
