xsl:template: error duplicate name 'question.answer.label'

Hello! I was quite excited about using db2latex for my thesis, but I've
run into a bit of a snag. Trying the latest examples, I get: 

[jonas@modulation
~/db2latex/db2latex-xsl-0.8pre1/xsl/sample/test_article]$ xsltproc
../docbook.xsl article.xml 
compilation error: file ../../qandaset.mod.xsl line 366 element template
xsl:template: error duplicate name 'question.answer.label'

with no output. Am I doing something wrong, or might this be a bug?
