DB2LaTeX 0.8pre1

Hello,

DB2LaTeX has changed a lot since since version 0.7. We would appreciate any
feedback you can give us about 0.8pre1 (or snapshots, if you are using those
instead). There are a few things we would like to clear up before the 0.8
release:

 - some loose ends with localisation / currency symbols /
   quotation marks / charsets
 - tutorials / user-guides / LaTeX notes
 - regeneration of sample files (test_* directories)

For people who have not used DB2LaTeX in a while and wish to try
0.8pre1 or the snapshots, I would recommend that you 'redo' your
XSL customisation layer (DB2LaTeX now comes with features that
users have been implementing with their own customisations).
