DB2LATEX 0.8pre1 bugs?

 
Hello

I wanted to try the new version of db2latex, but during processing i have
got two errors.
I use saxon as my xslt processor.

1) first is error about lists.mod.xsl on line 273, somtehing like that
xsl:param must be declared at the begining of function. I can recall it with
any docbook xml file.
When I use older verion of this file 0.7 pre4 it works fine.

2) i use czech (cs) language for my docbook files. When processing it I
receive following error:
Error at xsl:value-of on line 165 of
file:/c:/docbook/db2latex/xsl/common/l10n.xsl:
  Output character not available in this encoding (decimal 345)

Could anybody help me how to fix these errors?
