Yep. Grab a snapshot from <http://db2latex.sourceforge.net/snapshot/>.
You basically write your own latex.mapping.xml file that contains all
the mappings you wish to override. Then, set the $latex.mapping.xml
variable within your own .xsl file. There is an example of it here:
