Argh, that problem again. Use cvs checkout -r HEAD

After that you need to ./autogen.sh

The default branch seems to think that those Makefile.am were deleted
(which they were, a long time ago, and then brought back later).
No matter what I do I can't seem to fix it.

Just in case, I will upload

which is from a make dist in my development tree.
