Is docbook2x under active development?

Hey,

Is docbook2x under active development?

I am currently using docbook2x as a critical component with a GNU package.

GNU are also using docbook2x to format many texi files for a large
amount of packages.

I have submitted a number of bugs at the sourceforge project but
nothing seems to be happening with them - perhaps I have been
submitting them to the wrong place?
