compilation error

I have been trying to compile version 0.8.2. "as is", i.e. out of the box,
but it doesn't want to work. I think I have diligently installed all the
required modules and libraries, except "XML DocBook DTD version 4.2" and
Norman Walsh's DocBook XSL stylesheets because I don't know how/where to
install them.

At this line:

I always get the following error:
