Getting docbook2x running under either Debian unstable or Cygwin

Hi Frank,

Up-to-date libxml and libxslt packages for Cygwin have recently been
made available, and docbook2X v0.8.2 builds out-of-the-box on Cygwin and
runs fine for me.

Having a segfault problem on Debian, though. See my previous message.
