Re: DocBook V5.1 becomes an OASIS Standard

In the HTML [3], are the URLs to "DocBook+ITS Schematron" and 
"DocBook+XInclude Schematron" supposed to be the same? They both point 
to 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/docbook/docbook/v5.1/cos01/schemas/sch/docbookxi.sch; 
it looks like the former should've been 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/docbook/docbook/v5.1/cos01/schemas/sch/dbits.sch?
