[ANN] Release of XMLmind Word To XML v1.6

Release of XMLmind Word To XML v1.6:

- Index entries marking a page range in the DOCX document (e.g. field XE 
"XML" \r "OpenXMLPageRange") are now supported when generating DITA and 
DocBook documents.

- Now officially supported on Java™ 11 platforms and on macOS Mojave 
(10.14).
