Broken links to Developer reference-documentation

Hi folks,

I'd just like to report that two links, to the PDF and text-file downloads
of the Developer's Reference Docs, are broken (both the docs and the links
to these downloads are at 
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/doc/
<http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/doc/>   ).

I would have reported these using the links that come up on the Error 404
page, but even THOSE links are broken ;)

If anyone knows of a different link to the PDF, I'd very much appreciate
knowing it. Or, if anyone can FIX these links, that would be smashing!
