I have just got to the point in my TODO list for revising our 
documentation on how to create biblioentries in a bibliography, so I 
should have something usable by next week. It's pretty much limited to 
common types of reference: there are element types available which I 
have never used, and from a brief look at the Duck Book, probably never 
will (and in some cases I don't actually understand what they are needed 
for, but that's just me — clearly someone did :-)
