They’re in github.com/docbook/defguide

The repository is a little messy because of how things have evolved.
Current deveopment is in the docbook-5.2 branch:

https://github.com/docbook/defguide/tree/docbook-5.2

I’ve added an issue to put that in the book’s preface so it’s easier to
find. And I should update the README about the branch too.
