None, the warning was always there. It's triggered if libxml2 module=20
is missing, so this would happen if you uninstalled it. I don't=20
understand how can it happen with 0.1.3's Windows setup program if=20
that is what you use, though -- I verified it does install it under=20
src/Lib/site-packages.

It is harmless, but it's not supposed to happen, so it's certainly a=20
reason for me to worry :-/
