Can you please try this? Run python.exe (from installed Bakefile's src=20
directory) and type "import libxml2", it should output some error=20
messages.

It shouldn't. It could be influenced by Python23 installation due to a=20
flaw in Python's runtime behaviour design, although I tried to=20
minimize that. I think I'll use custom build of python23.dll in=20
future releases that will ignore all Python-related registry entries,=20
that should make it safer...
