There aren't any other Win32 platforms, Win98 SE *is* Win95 platform.=20
My guess is that it works exactly as advertised in documentation --=20
i.e. does nothing with the path because %HOME% is not set. Or is it?

No, it would not, C:\ is definitely *not* a good place for=20
configuration data! I don't know how to fix this properly, though.=20
Maybe pick app's directory as the data dir?
