Using the incredibly helpful `--use-bibtex=mybst,mybib` option, unless I provide targets for all the citation references, I do not get citation references in the text.  Instead the citation references marked as errors. Since I provide the citation info in ``mybib``, this seems completely pointless; can it be turned off?

Günter asked that I file this as a bug report.
