Participation in Docutils: Documentation Utilities project.

Dear Leah Wiemann.
We are a group of students from the State Technical University of Quevedo
and we want to participate in the Docutils: Documentation Utilities project.
We are interested in working on usability issues. We carry out usability
tests to find aspects to improve in the Docutils: Documentation Utilities
application.
The final result of the usability tests will be shared with the community.
We would like to know if it is possible to participate in the project.
