Dear Günter,

A contributor to Sphinx has provided a Ukrainian translation (formatted as a PR against an old version of Docutils) at https://github.com/kazanzhy/docutils/pull/1 . 

The repository is still in a frozen state for substantive changes post the 0.19 release, but I wanted to raise this to you so that we can include it as soon as possible, I'm told this is blocking the Ukranian translation of the Python documentation. Please let me know if you'd like me to reformat as a patch against current master or if you're happy to work with it.
