It is almost half a year since Adam's application and David seems to be taken up by other tasks. In my role as caretaker, I would add Adam Turner to the Docutils developers group on Sourceforge in a month (after the summer break) -- unless there is an objection (in private mail or here on the list) either against this way of moving forward or against the applicant or a suggestion for a better alternative process.
