[bug] Documentation out of date in parsers/rst/__init__.py

Hi all,

The documentation on the Directive class in parsers/rst/__init__.py is
out of date: the src and srcline attributes seem to have disappeared
since the documentation. It might be good to update this.

I considered sending the change as a patch, but there seems to be a
significant patch backlog at
http://sourceforge.net/p/docutils/patches/ .
