In LibreOffice Writer press F11 and select the root style (called “Default Style” in en_US locale), click other button of the mouse and select “Modify”. In the “Font” tab select language of the font. I see that it is probably not what’s meant to be the result of rst2odt, but it would be awesome if this value was configurable somehow, because I write in Czech, but I have ODT always generated in English.
