It depends.

Will there be a stable, maintained toolchain to process your text in 100
years? Probably not.

Will there be a stable, maintained tool to view the HTML or PDF output of
your text in 100 years? Probably yes, because there are enough things that
need to live a long time in those formats.

Will there be a stable, maintained tool to open text files in 100 years?
Most likely.

If you change those "100" to lower numbers, each one becomes more likely.
