Docutils standards

Guenter. Good evening.

I am stil contemplating after reading the recent couple of email
messages, and I do not want to further bother you, especially when it
is not necessary.

I am writing this message just so that we have a clear context of the
concern which we discuss of, and just for that purpose.

I want to conclude these realizations.

* Docutils has standard Preambles (Metadata) of its own.

* It be preferable to comply with the standard structure of Docutils.

* With XSLT, it is possible to transform Docutils XML into Atom, CSV,
  HTML, JSON, TSV, Twtxt, XHTML, etc.

Are these correct conclusions?
