Doxygen version 1.4.1 released

Hi,

Because of a couple of problems found in version 1.4.0 of doxygen,
I decided to release version 1.4.1, which should hopefully fix
these problems.

Sources and binaries for Linux, Windows, and MacOSX are available from
http://www.doxygen.org/download.html
