Doxygen version 1.8.16 released

I have just released version 1.8.16 of doxygen.
 
Sources and binaries for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux/x86-64
are available from http://www.doxygen.org/download.html#latestsrc
and also from http://sourceforge.net/projects/doxygen/files/
