XML output

I see at http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/output.html that "XML output is still under development". If I use the latest version of doxygen in SVN, will I get more data in the XML output than the release version provides? For example, I need the data types of variables inside classes, information extracted from IDL files, and paths to the source files from which the documentation was extracted.
