can xmlgen output both the declaration and definition ?

Hi,

I'm using the xml files generated by doxygen, to implement a backend
for mozilla's dxr indexing tool.
While doing that, I noticed that only one of the two
(declaration/definition) is written to the XML.
So far I can't find any config value that controls that.

Thus, the question: can xmlgen output both the declaration and definition ?
