On the bug below, Phillip is asking if he should open a new bug.  I 
think it is best to keep .cpp and .md bugs separated in situations 
involving incorrect line numbers in warnings, but I will let you decide 
how you want to handle the situation.  I did triage the original 
problem in the bug, but I am not familiar with .md files, which is 
another reason why I am letting you decide on this issue.
