#undef is ignored by Doxygen

Hi.
I found that #undef is ignored by Doxygen and opened Bug about this
problem https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=694147
But got no response for about 3 month. The problem is still exist in
latest Doxygen. Could anybody look at this?
