Manual update: Use of bmeps from Miktex

Hi there,

There is a utility called bmeps that can convert png, jpg and pnm to eps.
This is quite useful when considering the use of the \image tag which needs
a bitmap format for HTML and eps for LaTex.

Is it worth mentioning this in the documentation for the \image tag, or at
least on the installation page?

I've got bmeps as a part of the MikTex installation, but it is available
here: http://bmeps.sourceforge.net/
