feature request: utf encoding

Hello,

since the encoding of my source files is utf-8 since some time, would it be
possible to add utf support to doxygen?

For HTML, this means
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8">
instead of
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=iso-8859-1">
