Howdy: I was recently having a couple of ideas on this topic, at least the beginnnings of an Ada parser, and possibly extensible to Fortran as well. Anyway, the first level parser idea follows the suggested Doxygen route of translating to something C/C++ish, while a second-level Ada parser should be achievable with GNAT/ASIS (as long as the code compiles with GNAT). I'm in the process of testing the first option (after I finish grading exams) using this sourceforge project: http://adatoccpptranslator.free.fr/ It appears to be last updated in 2005, but it may be worth maintaining if it produces reasonable output. Feel free to give it a try, otherwise I'll post back some samples shortly.
