Problem with creating PDF from LaTEX

Hello list,

actually i'm trying to get a PDF from LaTEX sources.

I'm getting:

Chapter 4.
(./namespace_publican_creators.tex

! LaTeX Error: Something's wrong--perhaps a missing \item.
