meta tags in HEAD section

Hi everyone,

Enthusiastic advocate of Doxygen here!  Our docs are public and published
at:  https://core.sasjs.io

Question.  We'd like to generate more traffic, and hence improve SEO by
updating the META tags in the HEAD section.

For sure we can modify the header.html HOWEVER that doesn't allow us to
apply _page specific_ attributes.

For instance you can use $brief to add a project brief, however it doesn't
seem to be possible to use something like $briefdescription to get
the @brief value from the page itself.

I tried using @htmlinclude but this part gets inserted into the body.

Is there any way to insert content into the head section, from within an
arbitrary documentation page?
