Mismatch between deprecated tags/default doxyfile

I noted that I'm getting a whole bunch of 'deprecated' warnings from the Doxywizard on a bunch of tags that are actually in the default generated Doxyfile. Running doxygen -u on that file doesn't help. My gut feeling is I hit a bug, where there is a discrepancy between the code behind '-g' and the supported tags. So: where do I report such bugs, I seem to be unable to find some bug-tracker.
