It is now, by setting the refdb-output-type variable. What I meant was,
the intial value for it in the defvar in the code is 'scrn. I was
wondering if it should maybe be 'ris instead. Users could still
configure it to have any initial value they want. It'd just be that, if
they didn't configure it, it would default to 'ris instead of defaulting
to 'scrn.
