That's fine. The documentation in the elisp file should be sufficient
for the time being.

Look at calc or w3. These projects are way more sophisticated but
still may give a clue. Basically we just need to find out which Emacs
versions the stuff should be compiled for and into which directory it
should be installed. I also see this as a nice-to-have feature. For
the time being we could just ship the elisp files as they are.
