A long long time ago, I had started work on a Ruby client library for
refdb, so that people could build cool web interfaces around refdb
using Ruby on Rails and so on. Unfortunately I didn't finish it and so
I'm attaching whatever I had so far in case anyone else wants to pick
it up.

The base functionality is fairly complete. The code follows the perl
client closely so should be easy to follow.
