CVS build problem: doc build fails with missing dependency

Hi Markus,

With workarounds for the earlier problems, the build now fails due to a 
missing dependency on 'citestylex/ele-desc/*':

As near as I can tell from the makefile, it truly is missing a rule for 
that target.
