referencing image files in docbook

Ah, I forgot one thing. I personally don't use docbook-utils, but a
set of shell scripts instead. These scripts build the output files,
and if you want to they also archive them and move the results to an
upload folder. The scripts are a bit weird but they come in handy for
building the RefDB documentation. Please find the scripts
attached. They require a little adaptation (shell and stylesheet
paths, mostly) before use.
