Changes to homepage

Hi Markus,

I've made some changes to homepage's 'install.html' page to reflect the 
new svn packages.

Incidentally, on my machine Firefox does not honour the css 'code' 
settings, displaying them in the same font as normal text.  I know of no 
local settings on my system that might cause this to happen.
