Summary: Prevent use of -ID in citation keys

Initial Comment:
The character sequence "-ID" is used to separate the
(optional) database name from the citation key or ID
proper in citations. If a citation key contains the
sequence "-ID" somewhere, as in
"Johnson2001The-Idea-of-ICA", creating bibliographies
will fail. refdbd must not accept or create such
citation keys.

fixed in svn. refdbd now replaces "-ID" with "_ID" to avoid
this problem.
