If you look at the DTD, you can't create more than one note within
xnote. An xnote is exactly one note along with its housekeeping info.

I see it more from a practical sense. You can use echo to write your
xnotes on the command line, but the more common approach is to create
a file with a couple of notes in it and sent that to refdb. This is
where xnoteset comes in handy.
