Oops: inadvertently updated manualxhtml.xsl

Hi Markus,

My apologies.  I inadvertently committed a change to manual-xhtml.xsl in 
the refdb repository when I was trying to update my own build system 
repository.  This is a problem with having nested svn repositories.  
Next on the to-do list: "de-nest" the repositories.
