Summary: Support for book editions

Initial Comment:
The IS field (or issue element in risx) is a nice place
to store the edition of a book. However, the scrn and
html backends used with the getref command lack
specific support for book issues, so the edition info
looks a bit odd.

The edition is now correctly imported from and exported to the appropriate
M1-M3 field
