The LoC is just about to release v3 final of MODS. I've converted it to RelaxNG and tweaked it as needed. Files at: http://www.users.muohio.edu/darcusb/files/mods-schema.tar.gz Just the rnc version is at: http://www.users.muohio.edu/darcusb/files/mods-3-0.rnc At some point I'll clean it up more, and maybe add annotations, but for now this is fine. It includes a few minor changes since previous drafts (for example, the addition of the "isReferencedBy" relatedItem type)...
